Return and Refund policy

30-day return window from the date the order is delivered.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original conditiom.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or Ausometism shipped the wrong item.

If an item is damaged or incorrect, provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to the customer.

If the customer simply ordered the wrong size, allow a one-time exchange within 30 days. Customers pay the shipping to send it back, and you Ausometism will cover shipping on the replacement 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after you receive and inspect the return.

Final sale items (clearance, limited-edition products, or personalized/customized items) are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to availability.
