Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a flat-rate or free shipping promotion is being offered.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact Ausometism and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
